In 2005, FIFA World Youth Championship was organised in the Netherlands. The main matches were played in the city of Utrecht.
Utrecht came up with the concept of using a MSN Chatbot, Mr. Junior, for promotional activities. The Chatbot was based on the Natural Language Processing technology of the Amsterdam based software company Q-go
FunX, a special radio station for youngsters also participated in the project as a media and promotion partner.
